Welcome to KOT (pronounced "Coat") Nail Studio**, where creativity meets expertise. Since opening, KOT has quickly earned a reputation as the go-to destination for high-quality nail designs and expert Acrylic & Biab application. At KOT, we combine professionalism with a personal touch, making every visit a unique experience. **Salon Rules** • Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the salon. • No extra guests are permitted during your appointment. • A No Show / Late Cancellation fee of 65% per service will be enforced. - Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late, and a 65% fee will be applied. • Wi-Fi is available for all clients. • We accept cash payments and online transfers. All payments must be made day of appointment- no exceptions. None payments will result in legal action.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that challenges arise causing late cancellations. Please note that I charge a 65% cancellation and no-show fee for cancellations after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
